Records&Remark：If the quantity of goods is found to be wrong，the cargo surface is abnormal（eg：dirty mark，scratches，etc.），the staff will make records in time and arrange to clean and improve off port.

Timely communication：keep records and notify the customer immediately.

Maintenance and processing：timely maintenance and processing according to the customer's requirements and instructions.

Lashing operation：Onboard reinforcement process，carefully check to ensure that each reinforcement wire rope and the equipment contacting areas should be wrapped with soft cloth to prevent the wire rope rubbing with the equipment to cause scratching the oil painting.
